1. What’s your MOQ?

Fill out the ‘contact us form’ clearly stating the volume you wish to order and a member of our team will contact you concerning your requirements.

2. Missing items or damaged items?

Please contact us without any hesitation. It would be appreciated if you notify us of any missing item or mistake within 3 business days of receiving the order so that we would effectively make it right for you.

3. Can I customize this product?

Yes, it can based on your requirements.

4. How long is the sample lead time?

Normal sample just need 3-5days, customized sample will be more long time. It will based on your customized requirements.

5.What shipping method will you use?

For sample will use express (FEDEX, DHL,TNT, UPS), and for bulk order will use sea ship or air ship.
